Don Papa Rum’s flagship is made from some of the finest sugarcane in the world. It is first aged for 7 years in oak barrels in the foothills of Mount Kanlaon before being blended to perfection.
Aged for an additional 3 years in the original ex-bourbon barrels this 10-year-old has a rich and supple mouth feel with a smooth and delicate finish.

A premium, single-island rum from the Philippines, Don Papa Rum is created on the foothills of the active volcano Mt. Kanlaon, where the finest sugarcane is milled to produce sweet, rice molasses, before being blended to perfection.
‘Don Papa’ is a tribute to Papa Isio, the real and charismatic leader from Negros who, in the 1890s, helped drive the Spanish from the island and win independence for Sugarlandia. The figure Don Papa is inspired by Papa Isio, whereby Don Papa is the embodiment of the Spirit of Negros occidental, known colloquially as Sugarlandia.
