ORDER INFORMATION

All prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (S$).
We aim to keep our inventory as accurate as possible! However, in the event that we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will call or email to inform you, and refund the amount paid for the out-of-stock item.
Promo codes can be found on our monthly newsletter so subscribe now for discounts! 
After you have checked out and made payment successfully, you will receive a confirmation email from us, with a scheduled date of delivery. Please kindly email us at orders@dyspatchr.com if you do not receive this. 
You may cancel your order, but only if we are informed in time. Order cancellations  are subject to product availability, shipping status and other operational limitations. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any cancellations or changes!

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer next-day deliveries every day from  9am to 6pm except on Weekends, Public Holidays and eve of Public Holidays.  Our cut-off timing for next-day delivery is 3pm. All orders received after 3pm will be delivered on the following day. Please note that extra charges will be incurred if the recipient misses the delivery or if the address provided is not accurate.
We offer free next day delivery for any order that is equal to or more than $100. For orders less  than $100, a $20 delivery charge will apply.
We offer self-collection at 279 Outram Rd, #01-01, S169066 between 9am – 6pm on Weekdays. Please contact us beforehand to double-check if your items are in-stock at our office, and to schedule a pick-up time slot.
