Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters

Tasting Notes:  

 

Created by Antoine Amedee Peychaud, a New Orleans pharmacist during the 19th century. Peychaud’s Bitters is a necessary ingredient to make a Sazerac cocktail. Anise dominates this bitters, but cloves, cherry and cinnamon create many layers of flavour.
